Our current space presents many hazards to babies and children; for this reason we ask that you treat yourself to some alone time for the duration of your appointment. Due to the shared nature of the space, please keep noise levels at a minimum. We thank you for understanding.
The More you know
Ensure that you are confirming your appointments through a link that is sent to you via text or email. These notifications are sent out 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and must be confirmed. Appointments that are not confirmed will be contacted via email, call and text message. Motherpluckers reserves the right to cancel appointments that go unsuccessfully confirmed to accommodate those waiting for openings. These appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% if they are unconfirmed and cancelled by Motherpluckers.
Please note that appointments may no longer be cancelled/ rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment window. Do not hesitate to reach out should you require further assistance cancelling or rescheduling a future appointment. Appointments can be cancelled through the Vagaro app or via the email that was sent at the time of booking.
Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. However, we recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for the next available date. Please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. Motherpluckers reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule appointments later than 15 minutes. Appointments cancelled due to tardiness may be subject to a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be done via email, phone or text. We do not accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments via voicemail.
Missed appointments (No Shows) will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the reserved service. Please note that ‘Missed Appointment’ or ‘No Show’ charges must be paid before proceeding with future bookings. This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
