Returns
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we welcome you to return your item(s)—within 30 days of purchase—for a full refund. All refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. To be eligible for a refund, all returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be new, or in gently used condition
- Gift cards, discounted items, and promotional items are final sale, and not eligible
- U.S. orders are final sale, and not eligible
Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Motherpluckers, and we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return, at our discretion.
Damaged Items
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately at reception@motherpluckers.co and we will resolve the issue for you.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Any shipping fees associated with returning your item(s) by mail are at your expense.
Local Returns
For local customers, purchases may be returned, with no additional charge, to our Beauty Bar in Mississauga, Ontario.
Return Process
- Using our contact form to initiate a return, please provide your contact information, order number, and the reason for return. If the product is damaged or defective, please include an image of the product illustrating the damaged area.
- We'll assess the product for damage. If we determine that the product is eligible for a refund, we’ll provide shipping details for the return.
- Once we receive the product, we'll perform a final assessment and, if approved, process your refund.
- Please allow 5 business days for us to approve and process your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, and a receipt will be issued.
- You are always welcome to return your product in person, during our business hours.
