Destinations

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. We only ship to residential or commercial addresses, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Carriers

Canadian orders are shipped using Chit Chats.

Rates

Canadian orders over $100 CAD are eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates are based on the total order weight and destination, and are calculated by Chit Chats at checkout.

Processing

Please allow 2–4 days to process your order. Once received, orders ship on the following business day. (Please note we are closed Sundays and Mondays.)

Tracking

Orders ship from our headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include tracking information.
