Friends with Benefits FAQs

Friends with Benefits is invite-only—no sign-up needed! Your membership is based on your spend over your past year, so just keep booking and showing up. Make sure your birthday is added to your Zenoti account and your marketing emails/SMS are on, so you’ll always know your membership status and available benefits.

If you qualify, you’ll receive an email invite. No need to ask or keep track—we’ve got it covered. Our front desk team can always let you know where you are at. (add link to app or booking websytore)

Eligible spend includes services and retail purchases, both in-studio and online.

Spend does not include tips, shipping, refunds, or chargebacks.

Gift cards count toward spend when purchased, they do not count again when redeemed.

Spending status is calculated by your past year spend with us. Your ‘past year’ spend is calculated as the 12 months leading up to your loyalty membership anniversary date.

If your spend drops below a tier, you keep your benefits for a full year. After 365 days, we’ll review your spending and adjust your tier if needed.

  • One perk per appointment/day only.
  • Perks can’t drop your service below $15 pre-tax (Mp Elite Birthday Freebie Excluded).
  • Birthday perks: once per year, valid 2 weeks before & after your birthday.
  • Eye Revive add-on: 1 per quarter, must be used with a paid service on the same day.
  • Perks can’t be: carried over, exchanged for cash, gift cards, or products.
  • Rescheduled appointments: perk must still be used in the same quarter. If you cancel with the 24hr period of your appointment or no-show your appointment your perk will be forfeited.
  • Member credits = service credits (not real cash).
